Аннотация

Global warming and hydrogen energy economy has brought an industrial importance worldwide for the CO2 capture. Ecofriendly sorbents of mineral origin doped with industrial waste inorganic materials (coal fly ash) were analyzed for high temperature CO2 capture with thermodynamic feasibility. Thermodynamic properties of multi cyclic (carbonation-regeneration cycle) stability upto 20 cycles for CO2 capture and Gibbs free energy vs temperature of sorbent studies for inversion temperature were discussed. Characterization studies of doped sorbent includes optical microscopic, SEM, EDX and XRF analysis. Optimal alkalinity ratio of lime (CaO) with MgO and othersilicates were analyzed.
