The motivation for present study is the accident scenario of helium leakage into the channels carrying Pb-Li MHD Flow. In this regard, a 3D two-fluid solver has been developed using the available modules in the open-source toolbox OpenFOAM. Results obtained using the custom made solver for the two-fluid magnetohydrodynamic (MHD) flow in a duct of square cross-section are presented. An analytical solution for the fully developed flow is obtained and compared with the numerical solution.
